Frozen yogurt bark is so much fun to make with the kids! It’s quick, easy, and offers so much creativity in the kitchen! While toppings can range from healthy to sweet tooth pleasing, it’s a great little snack to create with your kids and grandkids.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups vanilla yogurt (or any of your favorite favorites)
  • 1/8 cup rainbow sprinkles
  • 1/8 cup white chocolate chips
  • food coloring

Preparation:

  1. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and set aside
  2. If you’re adding food coloring, separate yogurt into small bowls
  3. Add 1+ drops of coloring for desired shade and mix well
  4. Pour each bowl into your pan randomly
  5. With a butter knife, swirl through the yogurt, allowing the colors to slightly blend, swirl, and mix together
  6. Top with sprinkles and chips
  7. Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours
  8. Remove pan and break apart into fun-sized pieces

Healthy Toppings

If you enjoy healthier toppings, frozen yogurt bark is delicious with anything! A few of my favorites are:

  • Sliced fruits, including strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries
  • Granola (I’m a huge fan of cinnamon granola on my yogurt bark)
  • Coconut shreds
  • Dried cranberries and a few dark chocolate chips

Kid-Favorite Toppings

While the topping combos are never-ending, we’ve tried a few that stay on our top five list. They are yummy for breakfast, snacks, or dessert. Try one of these delicious mixtures on your bark:

  1. Chocolate chip and peanut butter chip
  2. Fruit Loops (yep, cereal is a tasty and colorful options!)
  3. Cinnamon granola and blueberries
  4. Dark chocolate chips, raspberries, and coconut shreds
  5. Rainbow sprinkles and strawberries

Quick Tip

Make sure your yogurt is thick enough to allow for breakable pieces without crumbling apart. If it’s too thin, it will cause a shattering effect rather than chunky bite-sized pieces.

Have fun with your bark and let us know which toppings you fall in love with!
