Smoothie Bowls
While you can certainly drink your smoothie the traditional way, the canned coconut milk gives it a bit thicker consistency and makes it a fun treat to serve like frozen yogurt. You can always add in or substitute almond milk or milk of your choosing for easier drinking. I like the bowl option because it gives the kids a chance to pile on their own toppings and have a little fun being creative. And while you’ve got your yogurt handy, you can also whip up some yogurt bark for later!
