Buttery Cinnamon Roll Cake
We are lovers of cinnamon rolls in this house! Breakfast, after-school snack, dessert….cinnamon rolls are welcome here at any time of the day. In an effort to mix things up just a bit, I started playing around with a few cinnamon roll styled recipes. I’ve tried mimicking the delicious IHOP pancakes and trying my hand at cinnamon roll waffles. I do have a cookie recipe I’m trying to perfect too, so stay tuned for that tasty treat! One of my favorites so far has been a buttery cinnamon roll cake. You’re going to be amazed how much it tastes like the morning rolls you know and love!

Buttery Cinnamon Roll Tip
I love leaving the cake in for just a minute or two longer once I know it’s done. It allows the buttery cinnamon mixture a chance to caramelize a bit, creating an extra gooey texture i spots.
And there you have it! Serve warm and enjoy with a cup of coffee or glass of milk. Just don’t be surprised if it’s gone before you know it!
