- 1 package Italian sausage (hot)
- 1 cup red onion, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- sandwich rolls
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Heat your skillet on medium to medium high.
