The Florida Keys-Part 3
If it’s cold and snowing where you are and you want to go to a tropical islands without leaving the United States, then pack your bags and head for the Keys!
This is the last in a 3 part series about our recent trip to the Keys. It’s hard for me say what I like best about the Keys (besides the weather) but I want to share just a few more pictures with you. Hopefully you will go and then you can decide what you like best!
My cousin and her husband went with us and I had to show you this photo of them. We loved sharing our trip with them. And doesn’t Martha look beautiful? Chemo may slow her down occasionally but it doesn’t take her inner (or outer) beauty away!
Our son and his girlfriend also went and we had a great time with them too.
On Sunday after church Bill and I wanted to try a new restaurant and we chose to have brunch at Hot Tin Roof. It was a little pricey but they brought us so much food and it was all delicious.
This is the Maple Pecan French Toast. I ate every bite and then they brought me more food……
Bill had the Apple Pie Waffle and boy did it look awesome!
This was the view out my window while we ate at Hot Tin Roof. Fun to watch and so pretty!
After we ate we walked outside and down the street to see the cruise ship that had docked. Those things are so BIG!
Have you ever been to the Keys? What did you like best and where are your favorite restaurants?
We did have a great time! Ready to go back!
I love the Keys, too. And the key lime pie. I think I ate 3-4 every single day we were there!!! Looks like you’re having a great time!
