Halloween Mini Bundt Cakes

I can’t believe how quickly Halloween is approaching! Since this is typically the time of the month I’m whipping up Halloween treats for the kids, I thought I’d pull out the orange and black sprinkles for some decorative toppings. Here’s a quick and easy Halloween Mini Bundt Cake recipe you can bake and decorate in under 30 minutes!

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

INGREDIENTS FOR QUICK AND EASY MINI SPRINKLE DONUTS:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup milk

FROSTED GLAZE:

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 cup of your favorite colored sprinkles!

PREPARATION:

  • Heat your oven to 375 degrees and lightly grease a mini bundt cake pan.
  • Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, mix your egg, milk, vanilla, and oil.
  • Gradually add in dry mixture while stirring well.
  • Fill each area with roughly 1/3 batter.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  • Allow to cool before decorating.

FROSTED GLAZE:

  • In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar and milk.
  • Stir well, then add in orange food coloring.
  • Add sprinkles to each Halloween Mini Bundt Cake before frosting mix dries.
  • I found these cute sprinkles at Walmart in a variety of colors.
