Creamy Tomato Beef Pasta

Pasta is a huge win in our home. Any meal, any sauce, and any blend of meat, seafood, or veggies. I have to say, this rendition of lasagna-meets-shell-pasta is always a great choice. And popping it all in the Instant Pot makes it that much easier!

Side Dishes

While the dish is cooking, I like to get a small salad together and toss some bread in the oven. Add a side of green beans and you have a nice little Italian-styled dish ready in no time at all.

Beef Lovers Tip

I have also made this dish with up to one pound of beef. Over time, I’ve adjusted according to my family’s taste buds and you certainly can too. Just add in a bit more seasoning if you prefer more meat. It may require a bit more water or broth, but as long as all your shells are covered, your pasta will cook thoroughly.

Leftovers, if you’re lucky enough to have any, are just as tasty!
