Quick and Easy Mini Sprinkle Donuts
I couldn’t resist trying a mini donut maker that may or may not have popped up on my screen the other day. We are definitely a donut-loving family so making my own sounded fun and creative! While you can also bake these quick and easy mini sprinkle donuts in the oven with a mini donut pan, I tested out the mini maker.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
Ingredients for Quick and Easy Mini Sprinkle Donuts:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup milk
Frosted glaze:
- 1/2 cup white, dark, or milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp coconut oil
- 1 cup of your favorite colored sprinkles!
Preparation:
- Heat your mini donut maker or heat your oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease a mini donut pan.
- Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix your egg, milk, vanilla, and oil.
- Gradually add in dry mixture while stirring well.
- Pipe a generous amount of batter into your donut tray or maker.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes in oven or 3-4 minutes in the quick and easy mini sprinkle donut maker.
Frosted glaze:
- In a small bowl, heat chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave on 50% power for 30 seconds. Stir and repeat until soft and smooth.
- Allow to cool if needed.
- Dip each donut, top side down, into chocolate.
- Remove and repeat.
- Add sprinkles after each row of donuts before chocolate cools completely.

Set up several dishes of chocolate, including white chocolate with food coloring to liven things up! Set our bowls of various toppings and let them decorate their own donuts!
