Disney Playdate at Nana’s House
Hosting a Disney Playdate at Nana’s House will make you the coolest grandmother on the block!
Disney Playdate at Nana’s House
Disclaimer:This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Walt Disney World Resort. I received a box of party supplies in exchange to showcase the #DisneyKids play date I organized, however no other compensation was given and all opinions and memories are 100% my own.
Disney is the happiest place on earth and Saturday the second happiest place was Nana’s house! With the help of my oldest granddaughter and my daughter helped and we decorated, played games and of course did the Hot Dog Dance!
But instead of just telling you how much fun we had, let me show you.
This adorable Sophia suitcase from #AmericanTourister is what all our Disney goodies came in. I love all their Disney suitcases. There’s a whole line of them and you can see them here.
Party Invitations and Decorations
I bought Disney balloons and had them filled with helium, enough so that each child could have one. They loved the Micky Mouse faces on their balloons. I found the table center piece and the decorations that I hung from my ceiling at a local party store. They were inexpensive and easy to put together. The Disney balloons also came from the party store.
My oldest granddaughter helped me make the cupcakes the night before and then she and Poppa iced them the morning of the party and sprinkled some pixie dust on them for good measure!
This is me on the left and my daughter, Rachel (AKA Micky Wizard) for the day! Rachel was in charge of the games while I made pictures of the kids having fun. FYI-All the moms of the littles were invited to the Disney Playdate at Nana’s House too!
I made sure all the kids got plenty of loot. HP gave them cool photo print outs so that moms can print out pictures of their kids. The bubbles, puzzles and prize packages I picked up at a local Dollar Mart.
We had lots of food. Hot dogs. Cupcakes. Chips.
The kids decorated their hats with stickers and loved doing it!
We played pin the nose on the Mickey. And one little girl nailed it!
We had all ages of kids present-From babies to to 5 year olds.
This little darling went to Disney World not long ago and loves it! She and her sister had Disney dresses they wore for Halloween and they were excited to wear them again!
We played lots of games and it was so much fun watching the kids. The matching game was a big hit and the children loved winning prizes for the games they played.
And we did the Hot Dog Dance
Hosting a Disney Playdate at Nana’s House was one of the most fun days I’ve had this year. Thanks to our sponsors. #popsecret #softsoap #HPCardKit #pillowpetsdisney.
