The Perfect Age To Go To Disney World

Is there a perfect age to go to Disney World? I think so and I think I found it.

My granddaughters are 3 and 10, just the right ages to really enjoy everything about every park. They were up at the crack of dawn and able to go all day without a nap.  Although the three year old probably could have used one, she made it okay.

These are more photos from our recent Disney World vacation.  I’m still basking in the glow of pixie dust and fireworks! This picture was made at Animal Kingdom. These gals are definitely going places!

This is what they fed us for Mothers Day breakfast. It was delicious and yes we had Mickey Mouse waffles!

All the Disney World characters were wonderful and so good to the girls. They took the time to make each girl feel special. The girls loved Ariel and enjoyed meeting her and having their picture made with her after we rode The Little Mermaid ride.

Disney World

We played so hard all day but we were NOT going to miss the fireworks and we didn’t!

If you haven’t been to Disney World lately and you get a chance to go, don’t hesitate! And take the grandchildren. Don’t worry about what age they are because I’ll let you in on a secret. The perfect age to take your grandchildren to Disney World is any age!

Over the years we have taken children from 3 to 18 and they have all loved it. You do different things with different ages but every trip was a blast.

They will love you for it and you will love having them with you!

  1. We went to Islands of Adventure/Universal Studios. Where we stayed at there were helicopter rides close by, and we went for a ride. The closest I got to seeing Disneyland was to fly over it. I did see the pond shaped into the head of Mickey though when we did fly over. I really wanted to go there, but hubby was infatuated with Universal Studios we spent most of our time there. 🙂 Thanks for sharing.
