NanaHood’s 4 Ingredients Cheesecake

4 Ingredients Cheesecake

One of my favorite restaurants is the Cheesecake Factory because I LOVE cheesecake! My sister-in-law makes a great cheesecake but her’s is pretty labor intensive.

What if I told you that I knew a cheesecake recipe that is super easy to make, takes 4 ingredients plus a graham cracker crust and it’s delicious? You would probably say there is no such thing, but there is! My friend Peggy made it and it’s so good I’m sure it’s going to become a regular at our house.

Makes  you want to take a big bite, doesn’t it? Peggy topped her slice with strawberries and I topped mine with chopped nuts and caramel sauce. Either way, it’s fantastic!

Here’s what you need to make yours.

Ingredients

One graham cracker crust (regular size)

Two 8 ounce packages of cream cheese (room temperature)

1/2 cup of sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp. vanilla

Beat the cream cheese and sugar together until it’s smooth.

Add your eggs and vanilla.

Continue to beat until it’s smooth.

Pour into crust.

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

If you shake the edge of the pie pan and if the center jiggles a little bit but the sides are set then it’s done.

Company Coming?

If you are having company why not make two or three of these and set out an array of toppings for people to choose from? Because we have a blueberry farm I always have berries on hand so I’m thinking I could make a blueberry topping easily. Fresh fruit of any kind would be easy to cut up and use. And a dollop of whipped cream on top would be delicious too.

What is your favorite kind of cheesecake and what topping would you choose?

  1. I think Phyllis Smyth misread the recipe….it calls for two 8 ounce packages of cream cheese NOT 2 ounces.

I’ve made this twice and can vouch that it’s absolutely delicious! AND easy, almost too easy.
