Here’s What You’ll Need:
Ingredients:
- 1 can Pillsbury biscuits (I used buttered, southern style)
- 1 can apple cinnamon pie filling
- cinnamon
Preparation:
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Generously grease your cupcake pan.
- Roll out or flatten each biscuit by hand, making sure to stretch it just enough to form a small lip in the pan.
- Gently place dough into cupcake tin, pressing center gently to form a cup.
- Bake for 5 minutes.
- Remove and fill biscuit cups with apple pie filling. Sprinkle cinnamon on top of mini apple pies and return to oven.
- Bake an additional 6-8 minutes, until lightly golden brown.
- Allow to cool for several minutes before removing from tin.
