WOW-Women of Worth at Three Forks Church -

What a wonderful weekend! Today was such a blessing. I was invited to be the guest speaker at a Ladies Day today and they asked me to speak about the seasons of life. My daughter went with me and helped me with the power point. (I tell her to pretend she’s on Wheel of Fortune and that she’s my Vanna White).

The church was decorated in pink and green and it was absolutely beautiful. The food was delicious and the women were so gracious and loving. I want to go back!

When I first started doing public speaking I was terrified (the same way I feel when I get on a plane) but it’s amazing what God can do. Today when the power point went haywire and the sound blasted everyone’s ears…I didn’t panic! I knew God was in control and everything would be fine. Of course, He is always in control but there are times when I don’t lean on Him as I should.

Anyway, today was a blessing and I wanted to share just a small part of what we talked about today.
