They Don’t Stay Little Long
Children don’t stay little long.
When I was a little girl my cousin and I became best friends. We stayed best friends until she passed away 3 years ago.
It’s hard to believe how many years ago this photo was made. It’s also hard to believe how much I miss her.
We didn’t stay little long.
This photo was made when our 5 children were still little. The two babies in the back on our left are our twins. They are now 6 ft. 8 inches tall and are 27 years old.
They didn’t stay little long.
This is a photo of a picture on canvas which makes it look grainy. It was made at our son’s wedding and is one of the few pictures I have of all six grandchildren. I treasure the moments I get to spend with them because…
They won’t stay little long.

Yes it does, Lydia, way too fast!
Thanks Patrick and hope you have a great weekend!
Yes, I do Veronica! That would be so nice!
That’s so wonderful Pat. I know your grandchildren feel blessed to be near to you too!
That’s so true Alice! I really flies by!
As short and sweet as this post is, it brought tears to my eyes because I’m thinking about how short life is but when you’re young, you think it’s so long. Thanks for sharing it at #OMHGWW!
Children grow up so quickly and I’m finding that grandchildren grow up even quicker! I feel blessed to live near my grandchildren so i can enjoy their company often.
Don’t you sometimes wish life had a pause button? Lovely photos, Teresa.
