Stories from my grandparent-Book Review
One of the best things about the blogging world is meeting nice people with similar interests. I can’t remember exactly when Susan Adcox and I met, but we have known each other for several years. She is the Guide to Grandparents on About.com and if you have never visited her there I would encourage you to do so. Her content is current, fresh and always a celebration of grandparent love.
Susan has written a book for grandparents that I believe all nanas and poppas out there are going to love. I know I sure do and when I shared it with my sidekick, Bo, he gave his tail-wagging approval!
The inside of the book is as lovely as the outside with 109 pages of questions (and space for the answer) provided for the grandparent to write about their lives.
The book leads you gently through the years and provides space for photos to add the spice of color and faces to the pages.
The book is elegant but informal with it’s notebook type binding. Susan did an excellent job with the questions. They are entertaining yet informative. I highly recommend one of these for personal ownership or as a gift. It’s a gift that will give much pleasure for years and years to come!
