Show Your Sisters With Breast Cancer Some Love
I ran across something this morning about love that I thought was a good reminder of the fact that the word itself is a verb, not a noun (at least that’s the way I think it should be interpreted).
The word love is so overused and abused by society that it loses it’s luster, until it’s put into action.
No one loves breast cancer or what it does to our friends and neighbors. No one. So please, but your love into action and be a part of the NanaHood Friends and Family Team and help raise money for the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
Here are some ways you can do that.
1. Visit my NanaHood Friends and Family Team page and help us get the word out about what we are doing! If you have a blog…please blog about it. If you have a Facebook Page….please post the link to the NanaHood team page (http://www.info-komen.org/site/TR/PassionatelyPink/HeadquartersSite?px=10050132&pg=personal&fr_id=2263)and ask your friends to help. If you have a church bulletin, tell your church members about it and ask them to help.
2. Cupcakes for a Cure. Bake some cupcakes! Every week through out October I’m baking cupcakes, decorating them pink and selling them to help raise money. So far I’ve sold them at two banks, one factory and the chiropractor’s office. Every body loves cupcakes!

Great post!
BTW, your comment to one of my posts was stuck in the spam folder until I rescued it today. I don’t know why it was there, but if the offer still stands, I’d love to do a guest post for you. Just let me know at ju**********@ya***.com.
Blessings to you,
Judy
