#PrayBillhome

#prayBillhome

I’ve been staying with my husband at the hospital while he recovers from COVID. It’s been a long hard fight but he is finally making progress.

When Bill first became ill and was placed on a ventilator I asked friends, family and everyone I knew to help me #prayBillhome. The longer we were in the Intensive Care Unit—the more people who messaged to say they were praying. Then it occurred to me that the unit where we were was full of patients just like Bill. Many had COVID and were not allowed any visitors so I added another hashtag….#prayallofthemhome.

Bill is now in CCU and even though he is better, he has a long way to go. Imagine how weak you would be if you had been in bed since December 21st?

I’m going to share just a few of the pictures that were sent to me by friends (these are nurses and doctors who helped God save Bill’s life). There are over 100 more photos on my Facebook page from friends, neighbors and Bill’s co-workers from over the years. Thank you to all those who have prayed and continue to pray.

If you pray please join us as we #praybillhome and #praythemallhome. Also #prayforhealthcareheroes. I have seen first hand how hard they work and how exhausted they are with COVID.
