Martha Stewart….NOT

I know women who make Martha Stewart look inept. I am not one of them.

When I was in high school I hated Home Economics (that’s what they called it then).  That should have been a sign.

When it comes to crafts the only thing I can hot glue together is my fingers.

When it comes to decorating I have no imagination. I have to look at magazines to get ideas.

I was inspired to try and make some myself. Don’t laugh when you see them.

Our boys played their last high school basketball game this week and I made these for the team. I had a hard time with the black icing. My hands shook. The gel stuff either came out in blobs or smeared. Every time I messed up a cupcake  (the ones with blobs and smears) I did the only reasonable thing to do….I ate it. Before the night was over I had eaten four. They might not look so good, but I promise they tasted yummy!
