Here’s What You’ll Need:
Ingredients:
- 3-6 large eggs

Preparation:
- Pre-heat your oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet wit parchment paper
- Carefully crack your eggs into a bowl
- Using an empty water bottle, gentle squeeze out some air, then place the top over a yolk and slowly release your grip, suctioning the yolk into the bottle. Repeat for each yolk.
- With a hand mixer, beat the egg whites for 3-5 minutes, until they become stiff peaks
- Separate the egg whites into separate bowls and add a touch of coloring to each. Blend in gently.
- Place each egg white cloud onto the pan, patting down a bowl shape in the center, and bake for 3-4 minutes. (see photo)
- Remove from oven and place one yolk in each cloud. Return to oven and bake an additional 3-4 minutes.
