DIY Crafts and Memories
by Tiffany Secula
The Faithfully Fun Friday (or in this case Saturday!) posts are all about DIY crafts. This week was special at the Secula house because it was spring break. Instead of DIY crafts we have been making something not made with fabric or ribbon or glue. We have been making something that you can’t buy with money but that lasts a lifetime. This week we have been making memories!
Memory Makers
We have had sleepovers in the living room floor. We watched movies while eating popcorn. We’ve blown bubbles in the yard and enjoyed pizza for more than one meal. We also enjoyed enjoyed a family trip to the Lads to Leaders and Leaderettes convention in Nashville, Tennessee. We saw our boys grow in their faith as they participated in song leading and Bible reading events. Then we spent Easter Sunday with our wonderful church family as we do every Sunday.
Making DIY crafts is fun and something we love to do, but spending time together as a family and making memories is one of the most amazing things a family can make!
Make some memories of your own this weekend!
God Bless,
Tiffany
Good luck to you!
Hi,
I have just registered my own site at http://diycrafts.co.uk and have been browsing the web looking for ideas. I am so glad I came across yours as it has been a great inspiration to me. Hopefully, I can aspire to have a site as good as yours. Well done, thanks Ian
Thanks for visiting Rosey! Hope you had a great weekend!
Good for you Rhonda!
I agree, making memories with your family is great! I spent the week-end with grandchildren making crafts. We had a great time.
You’re right, making memories is the best craft of all. 🙂
