Merry Maxine Christmas -

It’s the Wednesday before Christmas and I only have one present beneath my tree. The rest are in my closet, not wrapped…yet. But I’m not worried. It will eventually get done. I just don’t stress over Christmas like I once did. My children are grown now and that makes a big difference.

Over the years you learn that nothing bad happens if every package isn’t wrapped because the important things aren’t the ones beneath your tree, but rather the faces around your table.

So take a deep breath, remind yourself of what is really important and then read these Maxine cartoons and have a good laugh. Life is short, my friend, take time to enjoy it!
