Christmas Trees in July
Disclaimer: This is a review of Balsam Hill Christmas trees. In order to obtain my opinion I received a free tree. The thoughts and views expressed here are strictly my own.
I know you are wondering why I’m writing about Christmas trees in July, but trust me, there is a very good reason.
First, let me explain that I am not one of those eager beaver shoppers that has all my shopping done by August (more like December 24th-if I’m lucky). I don’t start planning my menu for the family dinner until at least the week before the holiday. Â Further more, it’s hotter than blazes outside and my yard looks like a jungle because it’s rained non-stop for three days (over 6 inches), so it’s definitely not the weather that has me in the mood for Christmas.
The fact that I’m even discussing Christmas trees in July is pretty amazing considering I’m one of those shoppers who has been known to protest loudly about the Christmas displays being set up next to the Halloween stuff  in October. It isn’t Christmas until December, people!
So why am I writing about Christmas trees in July?
Because Balsam Hill wants one of you to see for yourself why their Christmas trees are the best! That’s right. I’m hosting a Christmas in July contest and one lucky winner will receive a beautiful 4 foot pre-lit tree like the one they sent me!
The tree comes with gloves for sensitive hands, a carrying case and extra lights.
One of the things I liked best about the tree was that it was pre-lit and that it had little realistic pine cones scattered amongst the branches.
I love the tree and think you will too. To see more of Balsam Hills beautiful trees and wreaths go to their website at www.balsamhill.com And if you see something you like you can get 10% off by using this coupon code: NANAHOOD10

I would love to win a Christmas Tree in July because I am one of those people that buys ahead and would like to have things organized and ready to go by Thanksgiving. If I win this tree I would be one step closer to my goal. Thanks for the giveaway! kethry_24 at yahoo dot com

Beautiful Tree… Loving the pinecones! Thanx for hosting this contest :0)
Used to love putting up a tree every December….In a different life.
It is a prett tree–I like the pine cones.
We need a new tree! I would love to win this for my girls!
what a pretty tree! we’ve had our up year round for 5 years now! last time our family was all together. It has more than half the lights burnt out & that is after replacing them, and it is full of things for every season & holiday. It is time to be retired as it is loosing needles after all these years. Can’t say we didn’t give it a good test run!
What a fun contest! I love decorating for Christmas. We didn’t have a tree last year (or money), so it didn’t really happen, but my husband says I can go all out this year 🙂
And it’s super thoughtful that it comes with gloves!
What a cool tree!
Fun give away, became new follower!

Happy Wordless Wednesday!
One more thing for the puppy to chew on. I don’t think it would go well with our Jewish household.

Awesome giveaway! I’d save it for Christmas.
I do love Christmas, but I don’t think my hubby would allow me to put our tree up this early lol. What a fun giveaway!
I’ve been a diehard real tree fan, but last year a friend gave me her artificial tree, and now I’m hooked. No digging needles out of the carpet!
Well that makes a change LOL …very pretty tree 🙂
