4th of July Thoughts

Two of my former students are serving their country overseas. I want to wish them a Happy 4th of  July and let them know how much I appreciate what they are doing! Whit and Daniel I am so proud of you!

“Food for thought–I know it’s hotter than normal back home and it’s tough to bear because it isn’t normal. But imagine 10 to 20 degrees more and wearing 80 pounds of gear. That’s what some of our men and women in southwest Asia are experiencing, combined with “other concerns.” Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers–they really need it.”
