Thing-a-ma-jig
My youngest granddaughter got a new gadget. I’m sure it has a name but I don’t know what it is. When my grandmother ran across a nameless object she referred to it as a thing-a-ma-jig. That’s as good a term as any!
Can you tell she likes/loves it?

LOL! Great name and boy is she enjoying that! I remember the day we brought something similar home for our little girl. She was about 5 months old and literally squealed with delight!
Sounds like a good name to me! I found one of those thing-a-ma-bobbers at a yard sale when my sister’s little one was turning about 4months. It was a blast watching her go from the mat toy to that. Aren’t little ones so much fun to watch!
