Decorating Cookies with the Grands

Decorating Cookies
This weekend we did another Gramma In a Box. If you don’t know what that is you can read about it here.
This one was red, white and blue and the kids love doing it! Can you tell?
He loves his mom and he is excited about getting to help decorate the cookies. She’s getting them out of the package here and he’s trying to convince her that he needs to decorate his first!
Directions are included with each box and everything you need to complete the activities.
The girls enjoyed decorating cookies too. The oldest grandchild was able to decorate her cookies the way the picture on the directions suggested. The younger two grands just made their own design up as they went along.
The younger kids cookies had lots and lots of icing and sprinkles. We would offer you a bite but they ate them (or most of them).

Nothing better than getting the kiddos involved in the kitchen, my kids knew how to make simple meals when they were 8, and have all become great cooks.
