Big Meets Little

I can’t believe Wednesday is here again. If you visit NanaHood frequently you know that I’m a nana again. You might also know that my twin boys (who are very tall and accustomed to big things, as in size 16 tennis shoes) are very uncomfortable around tiny things, like their new niece.

Even though Kennedy is now one month old, they haven’t held her…until tonight.

Don’t you just love the way she’s looking at Uncle Russell. I think she’s thinking, “So why have you been ignoring me for the last month?”

Look how her little head fits inside his hand.

  6. My brother is also tall and is uncomfortable with small things. My son is almost 6 months old and he has yet to hold him. 🙂 Now to his defense we do live 3 states apart and he has only met him once, but he was 4 months old already. She is adorable. Oh to have them that tiny again.

  7. Aww… I love it! We have “Big”s and “Little”s in our house- it’s always interesting to see how they intereact. My oldest is 10 and has probably held his 4 month old brother less than 10x! He seems pretty convinced that his head is going to stay attached finally, so that’s a step, lol!

  8. Awww! My grandfather was a very tall man, and he used to tell me that, when I was a baby, I fit into the palm of his hand. Probably a slight exaggeration, LOL.
