What’s for Supper?

After a busy day I called home to see if the boys wanted me to bring them something to eat….of course they did. I decided I wanted something too, so I went through a drive thru and ordered two chicken strip baskets and a club sandwich basket. I missed lunch today so all the way home my stomach growled and my mouth watered. I got home, brought the food in the house and the boys pounced on it. I looked around and asked them where my food was.

“I don’t know,” they said in between bites of chicken and fries. I double checked to make sure they didn’t have my food. They didn’t. It wasn’t anywhere to be found. The girl at the restaurant had failed to put my food in the bag. Arrrgh!

Tired, hungry and disgusted I called the restaurant. They were very nice and said they would be happy to feed me tomorrow but that didn’t help me with supper.

It’s cold outside and I’m too tired to put out much effort. What to do?

Thanks, Marie….I really appreciate you cooking supper for me tonight. You can read more about these delicious pies at Marie Callender’s website at http://www.mariecallendersmeals.com/pot-pies

I hate when they do that! I totally love pot pies every since I was little. This brand is so delicious. When my mom use to give them to me they didn’t taste nothing like the ones I had when I was little. These are so tasty. Have a great weekend, and thanks for hosting.
