Wag the Dog Blog

Have you ever read a dog blog? Wag the Dog is a blog written by and for dogs. It’s actually written from the dog’s point of view by her owner.

Pet lovers…Please welcome a U.K. blogger in my Bloggers Around the World Series. The author is Trina but she writes as Maggie the dog.

Thank you so much for letting me tell you a little about myself and my wagging blog.

Meet Maggie (Who helps write the dog blog)

My name is Maggie and I’m a six year Beagle who loves all things dog! I’m originally from the U.S.A and met my peep (master) in New York City. After chewing up her favorite shoes, sofa, mobile and too many other things to mention, we started traveling all over the place.

I’ve been lucky enough to enjoy living in some wonderful places. I’ve been and have learned a few things about traveling on four paws. I’ve lived in New York, Hong Kong, Switzerland, and, France and now I make my home here in London.

I’ve vacationed in some amazing places too, including a beautiful villa in Tuscany Italy, visited Florence, wagged around the south of France and enjoyed the Alps in Switzerland.

I started Wag The Dog UK in February 2012 to share my love of travel, care tips for dogs and of course my favorite recipes of home cooked meals and treats.
The best thing about my website is that I like to share about my experiences of traveling with a dog’s point of view. I also love to sniff out the latest products, companies and dog lovers that have wag cool things for dogs or the people who love them.

In London, I live right near Wimbledon Commons which is a perfect spot for dog walks, lots to sniff and you can even take a dip in the ponds on a hot summer day. London is a wonderful place to be a dog. There is always something dog related happening. A lot of pubs and restaurants are dog friendly and if you like you can even go shopping with your peeps. In London dogs can travel on the buses, trains and the tube for free. This makes it perfect to explore everything London has to offer!
So Nana, thank you very much for letting me tell you a little about my blog on the other side of the pond. I hope your readers will come by for a visit. Even though I now call myself a UK dog, my heart is American and all dog lovers everywhere can find some dog howling fun on my wagging site!

Big Kiss, Wag and Arh…woooooOoooooo!
