Under Construction
When the school where I work invited me to a work retreat I had no idea what was in store for me!
We were divided into teams and we did team building activities. Our fearless (and funny looking) leaders explained what we were to do.
Some of us took our Under Construction assignments seriously, like this sweet lady, and some of us giggled like school girls. All in all it was a great time and we had fun while learning.
Isn’t that what team building is all about?

I usually am reluctant to participate in these kind of team-building activities, but they almost always make me laugh and loosen up. Glad you had a good time!
I’m not sure I’d want to see my coworkers at a retreat, lol. We used to have them in high school though. Glad you had a good time, we all should giggle like school girls as much as possible.
