The Grinch-Why Your Littles May Like This Version Better

The Grinch

Last weekend we took 3 of the littles and our oldest granddaughter to the movies. One of the littles was visiting his aunt and one has the wiggles and isn’t old enough to go.

The Grinch

I’ve read the Grinch book a million times so it’s a story we all knew well. The main difference in this Grinch and the Jim Carey version from my viewpoint is that this version is true to the book in cartoon form. The Jim Carey version had a factor of realism that might scare very young viewers.

This version is not scary in any way and is kid approved by the three movie goers above. The oldest granddaughter is 13 and enjoyed the movie too so even older kids are entertained by it.

We give the movie a “thumbs up” and think no matter how old your grandchildren are they will enjoy it.

While we were there we snapped some photos with the Spiderman movie display. I don’t know about you but I think these kids have a future in modeling, don’t you?

This 3D display was so cool! The kids loved it and had so much fun pretending they were movie stars!

The Grinch

Going to the movies with grandchildren is like going to a 3 ring circus. Between the food, the trips to the bathroom, and the wiggles, it’s a little hard to pay attention at times but that’s okay.

As every grandparent knows it’s more fun to watch the grandchildren watch the movie anyway!
