We are getting very excited around here, as the Birthday Bash day is quickly approaching.
What IS the Birthday Bash, you ask? Well, it’s our way of celebrating Nanahood.com’s first year. And we have planned a FULL day of games and activities, and most especially – PRIZE winning and giveaways for our readers!
WHEN is this Bash? Next Wednesday, the 11th, starting at around 8 a.m. central time, we’ll be posting with the prize-winner of our first game, and with a little something almost EVERY HOUR after that into the late afternoon. Here’s a little preview of what we have planned for the day:
Fun, huh? The prizes will be NanaHood/Teresa Kindred goodies, AND we have some great donated prizes too!
Now, I mentioned that we’ll be announcing the winner of our first game at 8:00 a.m. that morning to get everything started. It would be great if you KNEW what that first game was, right? So you could play and be entered to win?? Well, here goes:
GAME #1 - We are asking you to twitter and facebook and blog about the bash, and leave us a comment on this post every time you do. You can enter as many times as you want – every time you twitter or post on facebook, leave a comment. If you write a blog post, leave a comment. Every comment is like earning a “ticket” to win, and you can do it every day between now and next Wednesday if you like. Please note - the comments MUST be on THIS post. This one RIGHT HERE. We’ll draw a random winner from the comments of this post on Tuesday night, and announce it on Wednesday morning!
UPDATE: We’ve changed the ending time for this game! You have ALL day today (AUGUST 11th) to enter… so get busy and let folks know about our Birthday Bash! We’ll pick a random winner tonight around 10 p.m. central, and the prize for this first game is a copy of Teresa’s “Mozart for the Mother’s Soul”, AND a copy of “Cup of Comfort”.
(One little caution – please don’t go too crazy with facebook and twitter – use good judgement. We know you are excited to win, but we want people to have good feelings about the Birthday Bash, not negative ones.)
