Making More Memories

Happy Monday to you! Today I’m participating in Making Memories Monday and boy did we make some memories this past week. Thirteen of us went to Destin, Florida for a family vacation. That’s right, thirteen and it’s NOT an unlucky number!

We got to the beach before the oil got there and when we left it was just four miles off shore. I absolutely hate what the oil spill is doing to the ocean, the beaches and the good folks who make their livelihood from tourism and the fishing industry!

While we were there we had a professional photographer do some pictures on the beach. This was my Mother’s Day gift from Bill and the kids. It’s an awesome gift!

Blessing to each of you! Grab someone you love and make some memories today!

Awesome pictures! When I vacation with the grands, I have trouble finding time to put on my makeup and make sure my clothes match. You look gorgeous!

What beautiful photos! How will you ever choose which ones to make giant and hang over your mantel? Everyone looks so rested and happy; I think the beach brings that out in people. Glad you had such a wonderful time and thank you for linking up to Making Memories Monday!
