Friday Fun Links – summer movies, crafts, and more!
It is 100% officially summer around here in Vegas… our last day of school was Wednesday, and we went to our charter school awards ceremony to cheer for Samuel when he received his award for being on the honor roll for the ENTIRE year. (YAY!)
And now the “what are we doing TODAY” questions have begun! Thankfully I’ve been preparing for this, and have quite a few ideas.
More movie ideas:
- Free Family Film Festival – yes, that means FREE movies for you and the kids
- Summer Movie Camp – even MORE free movies!
- Cinemark’s Summer Movie Camp – ALMOST free movies!
- I don’t think MY kids are quite old enough for this, but I found a really fun website teaching kids how to make their OWN movies

- Father’s Day craft/gift idea
- We don’t have a beach around here, but that doesn’t mean we can’t craft beachy items!
- I have a ton of old CD’s, so I know we’ll be doing this CD Daisy Puppet craft this summer
- My sons LOVE rocks, and we have quite the collection, so I think we may try THIS painted rock craft
- Do you have wind during the summer? We sure do. We’ll definitely be trying this 20 Minute Kite

Sounds fun. Can’t wait til my little granddaughter and I can do crafts. Did I tell you that she’s going to be a big sister in Jan? We are so excited!! More love to go around in our family! :0)
