Friday Fun Links… anyone feel like shopping?

Good morning… er, afternoon!  It’s Char again, and I am running behind as usual.  I have been planning this post all week (in my head), and was hoping to surprise Teresa by having it up EARLY for a change.

But… my mom is in town, and one of the ways she is blessing me while she is here is to allow me to sleep in occasionally, while she hangs out with my kids.  (Just an FYI to all you Nanas, Memas, and Grandmas… letting your daughter or daughter-in-law sleep in while you care for the kids?  SUPER PRICELESS BLESSING!)

I managed to roll out of bed at the ridiculous hour of 10:45 a.m.  Which is after NOON in many other places of the country (sorry Teresa!)… and so here I am, writing a late Friday Fun Links post.

Ok, all that aside… the links post for today is going to center around ETSY.COM.  Have you heard of etsy?  If not, you are in for a treat.  And if you have, you are probably STILL in for a treat.  ETSY.COM is an online marketplace filled with thousands and thousands of crafters, artists, vintage sellers, and more.  Each artist/crafter/individual has their own shop, and you can find just about anything your heart might desire in terms of hand-crafted goodness and vintage items.  (Of course, vintage is considered anything over 20 years old, which means… items from when I was in high-school… ARE VINTAGE.  (And I’m not even a Nana yet!))

So, how about a few links, eh?  I’m breaking the links up into categories, to make your online perusing/shopping a bit easier.  Just one word of caution… etsy is ADDICTIVE, so be careful…
