The Missing Tooth

Last night I handed Abby a pretty pink water bottle. It was a surprise gift and she liked it so she squealed and clamped her teeth together. When she did that, the front lower tooth that had been barely hanging on suddenly squirted out in her hand. You would think she had just won the lottery the way she squealed.

“It came out, Nana! I can’t believe it!”

We all “oohed and ahhed” and then she called Mom, Matt and MiMi and Granddaddy to tell them the big news. It was a lot of rejoicing over a very little tooth.

I know I’m prejudiced but isn’t she the cutest little toothless wonder you’ve ever seen?
