Best Chattanooga Restaurants

We went to Chattanooga, Tennessee Easter weekend and my cousin and her husband who live in Florida drove up to meet us there. What did we do?

We ate Sunday brunch at Easy Bistro. I ordered a bacon, cheese, mushroom omelet and it was delicious.

We ate lunch at a Mexican restaurant, Taco Mamacito, and when they brought soup to me it looked like this. I was puzzled but my aunt said to just pour the liquid over the contents of the bowl.

It was delicious too! Here’s how the restaurant describes it.

 CHICKEN TORTILLA SOUP

Roasted chicken, diced tomato, freshly sliced avocado, queso fresco, lime and chopped cilantro served hot pot style with a flavorful house-made broth topped with tortilla strips.

Bill and lasagna

Then we ate supper at our Aunt Kate and Uncle Gary’s house. The lasagna was awesome.

Easter Sunday Church

On Sunday we went to church and gave thanks for all our blessings at a wonderful Easter service.

You will eat it and like it

I saw this in an antique shop and snapped a picture. I’m pretty sure I told my children this when they were little! How about you?
